Posting for traffic in AIBU
Considering requesting my records but wondering just how much info is likely to have been held (it's just under 20 years ago)
What the process of obtaining them is like and if you did it, was it worth doing?
I'm pretty sure lots of inaccurate and upsetting stuff may be in mine but also wondering how helpful it might be in closure to know what was recorded?
