To vent about my job?

I'm not exactly looking for advice so if I say I can't do something please don't get angry if I say I can't. But I am so miserable I can't hold it back

I work for a care agency, we are a national firm. Get paid less than minimum wage. It's shit. I'm a driver am expected to pick walking carers up and drop them off obviously this adds to my working day. Rude people, traffic, stress, one day off a week.

Seriously considering just not working at all.

Who's being rude to you? And why is it paid less minimum wage - isn't that illegal?
I would not give up the job without another one to go to unless you can live without the money of course.

We expect people to do the most important, skilled, hard and emotionally draining work for the least money and with the least support.

It is utterly shit how we treat people women that do this work. I used to work for SS and the people that do your job save lives. And are sometimes the only source of company and humanity that clients experience from one day to the next. Just remember that although your work is poorly paid, it's valued. Sadly by people who often also have little power and money.
