I just found it & wanted to share, its an app that uses an old mobile phone as a security camera !
Alfred its called, you need two phones, one is the camera (ive used my old iphone 4s) and the other is the viewer. You can open the app and see what's going on, set motion detector to record videos when theres movement & also press microphone button to talk through the other phone.
Ive set mine facing my drive way so I can hopefully report some shenanigans & start a parking thread all about it
