Just that, I've never had a cleaner before and we've got a cleaner coming tomorrow night to discuss / take a look.
What type of things do I need to ask without appearing either an arse or a complete novice?
I'm thinking do cleaners need insurance, how would we know if they had a criminal record, should they provide references? How to you agree what jobs need doing, and how long jobs will take, do you provide polish etc, do you need to have completely clear surfaces ? Please advise me what I need to ask and what is reasonable to expect wise people of mumsnet...
