To dislike the expression "you people"

I find it lazy and very rude, and often delivered from ignorant people.

It particularly grates when I hear it fall from the mouths of the so-called intelligentsia.

It reminds me of only fools and horses chandelier episode when the Butler asks ."..and who are these people"
