4 big babies. No issues yet- but what do you recommend to keep my pelvic floor tip top? Thanks.

Exercises. Gussie grips said these ones (if I remember right!)
Pretending it's a lift and going up the floors and back down one at a time
10 quick clenches
A long hold one

We do quite a lot of pelvic floor stuff in my pilates class. Something like this:

Imagine a diamond shape of your two pelvic bones, pubic bone and tailbone, try to squeeze and make that diamond smaller. Try not to engage your glutes, its all core muscles. Then do the lift thing.

My pilates teacher explained it as follows:

you activate the pelvic floor muscles by stopping yourself peeing your pants although you don't need to go and zipping up a tight pair of jeans at the same time.
