AIBU to think I could use baby bubble bath?

Help needed please Mumsnetters, before I do something silly and make myself ill!

Going back a few years I had nearly continuous cystitis and it made me very miserable. Since then I've banished coloured loo roll, coloured shower gel and all bubble bath from my life.

Since having DD 3 months ago I've got it into my head that it might be a vague possibility that I could use DD's baby bath and bring lovely, hot, bubbly, delicious baths back into my life. I'm reasoning that if it's suitable for a baby then my lady bits might be ok with it. Am I making a huge mistake? DH thinks this is not a good idea.

The cystitis was so bad it would end up with an inevitable kidney infection and antibiotics. I may be a huge fool to risk it, but is there anything I can use?!??

It's not a good idea. Most baby bubbles are basically the same as washing up liquid. Johnsons in particular is heinous.

I've been vulnerable to this in the past..
I've found that Sanex 0% worked well with no colours/parabens etc.
Just a little drop, still lots of bubbles, no reaction.
Worth a try with both I would say. Use small quantities

Another vote for Sanex - it's all I use and even a few drops still creates bubbles.

Kiehls baby is perfect . I've had very similar and use that .

I'll definitely give the Sanex a go !
