Foot pain at work

cerib234 · 03/03/2017 09:42

I have been experiencing a lot of foot pain at work this winter Sad, I have tried flats but still like my heels now and again. My job does involve me being on my feet a lot. Any suggestions?

If you don't have pain wearing flats then wear flats. Surely heels aren't worth the pain?

m&s do some nice heels with padding in them. Or try a wedge heel, which has a bit more support.

Thanks BeccyButterfly, I will take a look, I know it is a bit of vanity to wear heels Blush but hey!

Tieks. They're flats, but so comfortable.

My feet were often so painful that I had trouble walking - I even bought a walking stick.
I tried firm insoles (Sole Control are good) and it was instant relief. And I don't need the stick!
