My life completely collapsed nearly 3 years ago. An attempt to rebuild made things worse (not my fault really but anyway.)

So now I am left with the following problems

Single (I know it's not a problem but I don't want to be and also want a baby)
Need a job
Need to lose 5 stone a fair bit of weight

So logically I should start with weight. But any suggestions or encouragement ...?

small, easy achievable goals?

could you join weight watchers or slimming world? once you see weight going down that can keep you motivated.

join a dating site.

send in a minimum of x applications per week / fortnight / month.

join a few recruitment agencies.

start a new hobby, something you have always fancied.

Do you have a career in mind? A specific job?

Weight loss can be done alongside the job hunting, dont do anything drastic as it's hard to stick to - I think once you make progress with those the singleness will either sort itself or you'll be too busy enjoying your new confidence to worry!

Good luck

As you don't work at the moment you have lots of time for exercise - walking is just as good as a gym - put an add in for dog walking so you can earn and excerise -

There are ways - you just have to keep positive

Get a job as a postie, lose weight walking, meet lots of sexy posties and make a fairly good wage!
