Friend keeps texting

Anyone had experience of this and how did you deal with it?
One of my friends texts every day, or almost every day , and its hard to round off the conversation, as she always asks questions
I don't want to sound ungrateful for the friendship , but with all my other friends, we text now and again and meet now and again , but no-one texts every day Like I say, don't want to sound ungrateful,but just finding it a bit much .....

Oh god I have a friend like this. If you don't answer a text or fb message within an hour I get 'are you ok'? Yes. I just can't be bothered to answer messages within 5 seconds.

How can you read the message if you have no wifi or 3G though?

I don't get this , don't you just ignore , she'll soon get the message if you don't answer each text

I know I'm a bit late on this but I'm going through the same thing with my friend. Except she rarely asks how I'm doing and most of the texts are about her and her day and her life and all that she has. It's so draining i don't know what to do. The minute she knows I'm available it's a wrap, my whole day is receiving these texts. Sometimes I have to lie and say I'm working when I'm really not to get some peace. It's non stop. I'm very short with her at times but she is so self absorbed she doesn't get it.
