To go for lunch

Have had a bad cold since Friday, feel like I'm over the worst of it today though (still coughing, sneezing and blocked up though)
Supposed to be going for lunch today with a group comprising of 84 yo woman, 2 other mums, 18 month old, 3 month old and my own 6 month old.
Am worried about passing my cold onto either the older lady or the babies, would I still be contagious?

I would at least phone around them all to let them know. Quite a few potentially vulnerable people in that group

I will let them know but I'm sure they will be very British about it and just say it's ok anyway. Just not sure if I'm still contagious.
