to do my mums Cv for her?

My mum has been going through a nervous breakdown and suffers from paranioa (not sure how to spell it) she is on medication but not getting much better. Anyway she wants to move away which is good for her and get a new job start a new life (with her dp) but she doesnt really have any skills. She used to be a hairdresser but doesnt want to do that. I really want to help her get her life back on track but she cant even use a computer! Basic! Hence me doing her cv, But I dont know what to put on it. All very confusing!!
