Recently purchased one of the Paul McKenna's books - the ones that have access to a download. Problem is I can't access any of the PaulMcKenna sites - just get a message saying it took too long torespond.

Tried emailing [email protected] and it bounced back to me. What's going on? I don' tdo facebook or twitter so am stumped at how to contact him/them to complain.

AIBU to ask if anyone else has had this problem or has a way to make contact?

Try www.hayhouse.net customer service, I believe they administer the downloads.
