I can't find a topic about the gym so I have posted here.
I gave birth to my little girl 7 weeks ago today and have been itching to get back to the gym since I had a break from it during pregnancy too.
I'm going back today but don't want to over do it has anyone else gone back after a pregnancy/birth break and if so what sort of thing did you do? Wondering if I should start building up my cardio first?
Any help would be lovely
