Someone who's back garden faces our front is setting off fireworks. They're going every couple of minutes and have been for about half an hour (it's currently 19:10). They're reaaaaaally loud, but after they're 'popping', lit residue is landing in our front garden and out on the street, on the cars. I've just had a quick google and seems it's fine as it's not between 11pm and 7am? But surely it's not safe... people are still out walking at this time. Poor animals too, you expect it on bonfire night but why today?! Am I being an old party pooper or is it ridiculous?
