Fuckng James Cordon seems to have succeeded in making George Michael's death a massive advert for his fucking self. Every time i hear about George Michaels death they fucking lead with Carpool Karioke. .Radio 4 just did it.

Hijacking Bastard

I don't think George would mind. He seemed so generous and good humoured.

Costacoffeeplease · 06/01/2017 16:38

Did James Corden produce the radio 4 programme?

Rosae · 06/01/2017 16:38

Well that wasn't James Cordon who decided to do that. It was radio 4. He didn't know what was going to happen when they filmed it....

DonkeyOaty · 06/01/2017 16:39

To be fair it's farking brilliant. Also James Corden has no control over what clips media outlets use to illustrate or illuminate.

YABU.

Alfieisnoisy · 06/01/2017 16:39

Is it the Comic Relief one? That was quite good as I recall.

In any case James Corden doesn't get to ring up R4 and say "you will play that song". Not his fault if they have chosen it.

TheNaze73 · 06/01/2017 16:39
Biscuit
SpornStar · 06/01/2017 16:39

It's hardly James Cordon's fault that the media are choosing to use that clip though, is it?

iklboo · 06/01/2017 16:39

I doubt he's forcing them to use the clip. It was just a good, fun time and showed what a good sense of humour George had.

WilburIsSomePig · 06/01/2017 16:40

I think you're being a little silly. Unless JC is producing all these programmes, it's really nothing to do with him.

SILfoundmyusername · 06/01/2017 16:40

YABU
James cordon isn't in control of what media outlets use. It's a good recentish clip of what he was like.
So yes, yes you are being unreasonable.

thecatsarecrazy · 06/01/2017 16:40

James cordon is an annoying prick though

harderandharder2breathe · 06/01/2017 16:41

Yabu he's not the one doing it, he doesn't control all media outlets

lovely George

YABU

WhoKn0wsWhereTheTimeG0es · 06/01/2017 17:08

I'm. not a fan of JC but that clip really is a lovely way to remember George Michael and I don't think JC is actually benefitting from it, his profile is high enough generally.

That1950sMum · 06/01/2017 17:08

Is this a reverse?

Are you really James Cordon?

ShowMeTheElf · 06/01/2017 17:08

YABU.
I hadn't seen the clip before: my recent memories of GM were self-aggrandizing interviews, self-justifying, news reports about car accidents, drugs etc and he seemed a very troubled soul.

The comic relief clip reminded me that he was actually a funny, clever, talented man who could laugh at himself.

Giddyaunt18 · 06/01/2017 17:09

Haven't seen it but I will look now that you've publicised it AGAIN! Grin

Hermagsjesty · 06/01/2017 17:10

YABU. It's a cracking clip - and a lovely way to remember GM

Lweji · 06/01/2017 17:12

I actually saw James Corden's show and he showed the car pool karaoke with GM.
I thought it was a homage to his sense of humour and a thank you for his contribution to how JC's career developed. I thought it was touching and he told everyone how GM was great.

scaryclown · 06/01/2017 17:13

I He tweeted immediately that my brilliant idea was his!
