Anyone else having problems making payments due to this providers 'IT ISSUES'?
I've been waiting 2 weeks for them to sort it and pay £900 to my provider, I believe thousands could be affected, like me, and have their childcare provider (understandbly) chasing. They just have a call centre that takes a message and nothing happens.
It's a nightmare!! Where will we all find the money to cover the gap this close to Xmas?
