Erm....what is in it?

InAFuckingTutu · 31/12/2016 19:17

Fuck no. Do you need to run the tap for a bit?

YetAnotherUser · 31/12/2016 19:18

I've bathed in worse lol

Iwasjustabouttosaythat · 31/12/2016 19:18

Nope. Run another and see if it happens again?

Patriciathestripper1 · 31/12/2016 19:19

Try living I. Rural Ireland! Bath water usually has a lovely brown tinge to it Smile

AnyFucker · 31/12/2016 19:20

It looks like piss Xmas Smile

ICanTuckMyBoobsInMyPockets · 31/12/2016 19:20

No. Absolutely not. There are no bubbles Smile

StillStayingClassySanDiego · 31/12/2016 19:20

Is that how the water came from the tsp?, green ?

Verticalvenetianblinds · 31/12/2016 19:22

It looks like someone's pissed in it! (There's no one here tho) I'm in 2 minds.... what if it's the same colour when I run it again?

Is it limoncello??? If so 'yes' and take a straw with you

dementedma · 31/12/2016 19:24

Looks ok to me.

justanotherusername0 · 31/12/2016 19:25

If it's the same colour when you run it again, don't bath in it then either !!!!!!!

Verticalvenetianblinds · 31/12/2016 19:25

The toilet isn't green tho and I've just done the washing up which was ok. Take 2, with bubbles to hide it this time, and more wine so I don't care

Reminds me of that diving pool in Brazil.

CocktailQueen · 31/12/2016 19:47

Well, you're not going to drink it, are you?!

Water is often brown/yellow in peaty areas in after lots of rain. Water supply to the loo is different from water to sinks and bath - I think.

And water to kitchen sink is usually directly from mains.

Could there be a problem with the water in your header tank?

Yellowbird54321 · 31/12/2016 19:48

Have you slipped some Badedas in it OP 'cos that's just the colour it produces Grin

MyCarHasBrokenDownAgain · 31/12/2016 19:49

I could have been bathing in water like that for years - our bath is maroon. I'm still alive Wink

TondelayaDellaVentamiglia · 31/12/2016 19:51

where are you?? Somewhere rural with private water supply and it's likely to be peat.

or the immersion/hw cylinder is shot to shite and the water is basically copper solution :o

Verticalvenetianblinds · 31/12/2016 19:53

Small city, west mids. Second bath is still a bit grim. When I emptied it there was loads of sediment and a smell. Just like when the little darlings have a poo bath!

A few years ago we had a letter from the water. Implant saying they were doing some pipe work and the water was likely to come out of our taps a funny colour for a couple of days. It looked just like that. Could you have missed a similar notice? Could you ask your neighbours what their water is like. I wouldn't bathe in it, no.

ImLadybird · 31/12/2016 20:00

WATER COMPANY FFS! ^^

Yesitsmeagain · 31/12/2016 20:01

Do you have a copper water tank?

I've had to regularly bath in this when living in an old farmhouse. I didn't die. (But only drank bottled water!)

OzzieFem · 31/12/2016 20:48

We get that over here when the water board is doing work on the pipes or flushing them out, only difference is ours range from milky white to the colour of mud.

Oldraver · 31/12/2016 20:48

Do you have a header tank ? I would be worried something had died was in it
