The breast is not considered fully mature until a woman gives birth and begins to produce milk (Love & Lindsey 1995).

And that breast tissue continues to grow until age 35.

I can believe this as I was completely flat chested until I had children. I mean FLAT....when I got to age 30 they had grown a TINY bit...as in, they looked like Kate Moss's when she was younger.

Now I'm in the early 40s and have two DC and have actual boobs. Amazing after a life of flat. They're still small but they're there.
