To want to be able to contact tripadviser?

Previously I have booked 3 holiday rentals via tripadviser and they have all been great and the whole process was very smooth.

This time I have had so many problems -two owners never responded, one wanted cash wired to them, one agency keeps saying we will get back to me with prices at the end of the month - this was November, now it's December.

Finally I booked one and paid the deposit. But it was then not approved by the owner/agency and the booking expired.

Then the owner got in touch saying they had had internet problems which were now fixed so could I book it again. But I can't book it because the week I want is still booked by me even though I have been sent emails that say its expired. I can't access this booking and luckily my deposit has not been taken.

The owner has no idea how to reset it - I've scoured the site for information or a contact number to no avail. I went on the forum and was told to contact the actual rental agency which is sometimes flipkey or others and sometimes holiday letting. Mine was the latter and I went on their site - again no contact information.

I can't stand looking again and wanted to know of anyone has ever has this issue before? It's so frustrating that I can't contact anyone there as it's just some sort of technical glitch.
