Said I would get our xmas cards done tomorrow. He said: You write them, you send them (i.e. He doesn't want to queue at the PO for stamps cos it's so damn busy at this time of year) Hmm.

I was pretty gobsmacked and irritated so thought about it for a few minutes then replied with: So I'll just sign the cards from me then this year shall I?

He accused ME of having 'an attitude' FFS!! Shock.

All very petty I know. Just venting Wink

Prick. My DH does nothing for Christmas. I do all the shopping, wrapping etc. He's a prick too. Grin

Christmas cards are optional things, they not something that have to be done, so whilst it might be nice to help out your partner with something they want to do, it's not essential, but yeah a bit arsey.

However just signing the cards from you is not a threat... they're christmas cards, the majority of people gave it up when the internet changed our relationships.

Sir Fred, you are right of course. I've been thinking for a while that it's become an outdated tradition for many. Perhaps this is the year I should quit sending them ....
