To not be able to relax because of this

I lost my eyebrow pencil this morning (well, at least I noticed it was missing this morning).

I'm going spare because I can't find it..I've checked down the back of the sofa, in handbag, car, upstairs, downstairs, and I can't bloody find it.

I know it shouldn't do my head in but I just keep thinking "where the hell's it gone?" and I just want to turn my house upside down.

Argh!

Probably the same place as my tweezers! Cant bloody find them without a massive hunt, does my head in. I'm always in boots buying replacements, the staff must think i live with a yettie!

YANBU. I hate losing things, I can't relax until I find them.

I do this! I've been berating myself for it recently because I worry/stress over such insignificant things. No help but I know exactly how you feel, I'll wrack my brain wondering where I must have put it. I wish I could be one of those people who just thinks 'oh well!'.

There must be a black hole in the universe that contains everyone's lost stuff.

Still haven't found them. At least it's given me an incentive to clear out the TV cupboard drawers. DH suggested dog might have eaten it. To be fair it's been sharpened down to a nubbin so it's possible but that's just stressing me more.

I'm always losing tweezers as well yerbutnobut - but then do you find them all around the same time? So you can't move for them?

It's one of the few things I'm OCD about. Just wish I was OCD about not losing stuff in the first place...

Haha I actually need a new eyebrow pencil.... Which one do you use? before it went missing
