Saw an advert last night for Loreal men and they were advertising 'tat cream' to keep your 'tats looking buff'. WTF... really!

What is a tat?

Was that Loreal? I have seen that advert but forgot about it due to wine consumption!

Thanks for jogging my memory my DH and I did a definite WTF look at each other when it came on!

Surely the word 'buff' referring to appearance means either (of an object) beige or (of a person) muscular?

So that must mean it keeps your 'tats' looking beige?

(Yeah, they could mean buffed, like polished, but then they should use the right fucking word.)

Reading it it's to help stop sundamage ( which you can do that by using spf) and to help revive the colour but i'm unsure where this really would work.

Its all about 'tats' and 'balls' these days in the mens toiletry marketing departments apparently!
