Because I found out from my SIL last night that my IL's are watching everything I sell, and had commented to her that I was already selling some of my DS clothes. Not that I need to justify, but although he is only 9 weeks - he has outgrown them and they're only little bits DH and I bought and nothing really special, which I will be keeping.

I stupidly told them the ID when they first started on e-bay so they could see how it worked (they dont have my password). But now they seem to be playing BigBrother. They asked SIL what her ID was but she told them it was none of thier business. I just wish I had one the same!

Oh definately change it, i would. Even though you are right, it is none of their business, what will happen if your DS grows out of something they gave him and you sell it? Would they say something?

You can change it, but when ILs search for your old user name it will tell them what your new name is.

So you should probably start a fresh account.

Trouble is if you canange it it back dates to everything you put on. If they are watching or have you as a fav seller it will change you name there too. Make sence?

Oh, you may need to open a whole new account then LFM! Is it easy to do that then?

I have people watch my stuff that I know .They have sliped up and told me. I list everything as private now so at least they can't see how much I have made

If it is early days and you havent got a long record then set up a new account. I would.

Have just tried to set up a new account - despite loosing 155 100% feedback. However e-bay already had me listed. Have tried opening one for DH but switching users on PC to check for verification e-mail I seem to have lost the application.

Oh well - perhaps I shall just sell until they comment and tell them it's none of thier business!

Will edfo look up making transactions private though!
