to think I can keep the flu weight loss off?

I've had the flu and lost half a stone (from a stone or so I've imagined losing one day)

Is it crazy to think it won't all come straight back on as soon as I can manage my first bowl of soup?! Ideally, my appetite will stay like a bird's for the next month and I'll be in all my old clothes again, but know this is very unlikely...(from the dreams where I'm queuing up for fried food!!)

Is there anything that can be done to keep the weight going downwards?

It's mostly water loss... sorry.

Also once I was into recovery I was seriously hungry and ate loads.

aah, I was hoping for some magical replies of "weight loss during the flu is destined never to darken your hips again".
