Morning sickness enough to miss work?

I'm 10 weeks and have hardly had morning sickness this pregnancy, but today I've been throwing up everytime I wake since about 4. I'm 99% sure it's morning sickness not a bug.

Would it be reasonable to phone in sick? I'm due to work 7-5 today in a toddler room in a day nursery.

Yes it would be reasonable, I wouldn't like someone looking after my child who has been that sick...

Of course it's OK. I had terrible sickness from 7 to 16 weeks and had to take the odd day off here and there.

If you're not up to it, stay in bed and keep hydrated

You can't be sure it isn't a bug. Perfectly reasonable to stay in bed. Hope you feel better soon.
