What it says on the tin really. I'm really worried that with all the recent publications to the DM that people who actually need help might become too scared to ask for it here.

There is simply no way for MN to enforce that.

How would that work colby? MNHQ can't control what the daily mail print.

VivienneWestwoodsKnickers · 28/11/2016 15:20

There is no legislation to support that. It would not be possible to do.

MN is a public forum. The DM is public. What really needs to happen is that people need to get past this delusion that when they post here they are posting in a private place where they can't be recognised. They aren't. In fact there is far more chance of being recognised here than in the DM because whereas the DM publishes an article once, your post for help which may run into hundreds or thousands of replies and multiple threads will be here for ever.

Anyone can screenshot a thread from MN and post it wherever they want. This the nature of posting on a public forum.
