We have been let down twice for our dryer modification. First occasion I booked annual leave, got a text at 9 am cancelling due to no panels. Second time Dh who is SE took day off losing pay, cancelled again at 9 am due to sickness. Both times by text. I am fuming that they think your time is so invaluable that they can do this. I could have coped with once but twice. Anyone ales had similar problems? Or am I just unlucky.? Will my email even get read?
