I am waiting to start a new job. Have about a week and a half till I start. This morning out of the blue DP text, yes text to say he didn't want to live together anymore and in fact doesn't know if he wants to be with me at all. I am pissed off, confused and upset. I have close family in Dubai and am v tempted to book a flight for tomorrow and go until I need to be back for work. DP now very keen to talk but me not so much. Suppose more of a WWYD

I would book it, but take a day to secure your stuff and chat to him if he's up for it. Go with as much information as possible so you don't spend your lovely time away trying to decipher what he is thinking. Then you can go with as settled a mindset as possible, your stuff is safe and you might know a bit more.

Wow I love you all! We only have one key which is with me so that's fine. I also don't think he's the smashing up or stealing type but I suppose you never know. Thinking I may book to go Wednesday and have tomorrow to get sorted. Not sure where any of my holiday stuff is but don't really care!

OP, you don't need your holiday stuff. Just pack a few changes of clothes, things dry very quickly, and get on that plane.
