Please help me with my business..

Good morning,

I'm posting here for traffic.

I'm in the process of starting a business. It'll be providing help and support for lifechanging circumstances such as illness or injury.

The whole ethos is about being positive and finding ways to move forward, but also keeping it real and admitting that some days just getting out of bed is a major achievement.

I need to come up with a strong strapline for it, and this is where I'm really struggling. I can write and I can do public speaking, but I'm the least creative person going!

Can anyone please help by coming up with any one line?

I've wandered about something along the lines of.. 'helping to find acceptance and nurture hope'.

If I give a list of key words, could anyone come up with anything? I need it to be one short but powerful sentance.

Words that I'm bouncing around include:

acceptance
positive/ positively / positivity
hope
peace
nurture
move forward
encouragement

If anyone can come up with any ideas, it would be truly appreciated.

I would need to know what service you actually provide in order to really help. Is it counselling? Or is it something to do with psychology? Or is it a more spiritual thing?

I wouldn't use the word 'helping' - make it more direct and active. I like Stickyproblem suggestions. Use 'enjoy' rather than 'enjoying' etc.

It's worth thinking about how it would look as a web address or email address - and how you would give this out over the phone.

For me 'enjoynotendure'.co.uk or similar would be difficult to ensure the caller had managed to take down the email name correctly.

That could mean missing out on leads.

topcat she is looking for a tagline not a business name, I don't think people generally use taglines as a web address.

Sorry to be the voice of the dullard, but when you do pick something it's probably wise to check you haven't unwittingly picked someone else's trademark etc.

I've already got domain name, and it is the same as the company name. I've just spoken to a friend that has the software to check I'm not using plagurism in any way.

I just need a strapline that I can then use at conferences and in support groups etc

I'm sure b&q got beaten to the domain name b&q....
