Last night I fell asleep at 17:45 and slept right through until 07.30 this morning.
a total waste of a night, I know, and not my usual Saturday night.
The worst bit about it is, that on Sunday nights I'm guaranteed not to fall asleep before midnight, and then I wake up anywhere between three and ten times times, each time feeling I need the toilet and getting up
I also always wake up every weekday morning at least once for the loo as well, but usually about 4:30/5/30.
If I can sleep for nearly 14 hours on a Saturday night, why can't I manage 7/8 when I have work in the morning?!
Anyone else been like this and resolved it?
