Posting here for traffic. It's for a rental property. We need a bath, electric shower, shower screen, basin, toilet and very small sink as the toilet is separate. Also a towel rail. Thanks.

amazon

Thanks HerFace. I had no idea Amazon sold bathroom furniture. Apparently Ebay do too.

Try The Bath Empire website.

I'm also sure BnQ do a bathroom suite for £199.

Thanks 19lottie.

Plumbers merchant, we got the suite for £150 plus £80 odd for the shower screen. Towel rail etc from wilkinsons. All in the installation.

Same in our own house, it is good stuff and easy to keep clean.

specialsubject · 05/10/2016 14:14

Sorry - that didnt include the shower but they are under £100 from real shops.

I second plumbers merchants. There's one on the high street near us and they are much cheaper than the chain bathroom places.

Yep just go into the plumbers merchant and see what they have on offer that week.

You can usually get a bargain.

Thanks for all your suggestions. Just to let you know I went to our local plumbing supply shop. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The bathroom cost £800 - I was very pleased.

We redid the ensuite in our spare room last year. We just went basic because it only gets used when we have relatives staying. Think we paid less than £150 for a Cooke & Lewis suite (toilet, basin and taps) and then a power shower on top of that. It looks lovely and seems to be good quality.

We have a B&Q basic toilet in the WC downstairs and it's about 5 years old now and still works fine, had no issues with it.
