Me & my DS dad split up before he was born he has came and seen DS but not religiously he's never paid a penny towards him bought him a £1.25 train for his 1st birthday, now I've just seen on Facebook he's looking for a Xbox 1 with cash waiting 😡😡😡 IM SO ANGRY RIGHT NOW!!

I'd be more concerned at never paying a penny towards his son than the train.

Does he work?

Have you opened a case with the CMS?

Don't get angry. Get online and sort out his financial contribution to his son.

Do that now!

Have a look here

Baby daddy? Doesn't deserve the title "Daddy"!

What a twat. I'm sure the train was lovely, but get on to the CMS for your son's sake if not your own.

Thanks guys wasn't sure if I was being petty... I told him from the beginning if he didn't want to pay for him, to bring him a pack of nappies a week but he can't even stick to that, he works and goes to college so he's not exactly skint.
