A few years ago I got dh to put some coat hooks on the inside of the back door specifically for wet jackets etc.
He is always hanging his perfectly dry jackets there meaning before I can hang up wet stuff I have to remove his jackets.
Ok, might not seem liked the worst crime in the world to hang a coat on a coat hook, but consider the fact that to get to the back door to hang up his jacket he first walks past 8 single hooks in the front porch, and 14 double hooks in the hall 😠.
And it isn't like I haven't mentioned to him to keep those hooks free
