AIBU to get DP to complain?

DP is an NQT.. He's been given a row by headmistress today over a minor issue and the headmistress has said to my partner 'I can't wait to see you fail your NQT year'

Surely this unacceptable and a form of bullying!? Can DP complain? Is it worth it?
Any advice welcome!

Will do! Just can't believe it! Poor DP is so stressed now! Feels like he's worthless and feels like he's been pushed out.. He's only been there a week!
