To feel oppressed by my fitbit?

Always nagging me, always with the group challenges, the guilt if I don't go for my run, don't get all my steps in, let the team down in the work step challenge... I get that it can be motivational, but I think I've slipped down the other side of the curve now, right into oppressed. I could take it off, but that would be wrong. And I wouldn't know my step count....

I'm on motivational side of that curve at the moment, in fact I wish it would remind me if I'm not going to get my hourly steps done! I do sometimes wish that I could just have a lazy day without feeling like I've disappointed it though...
