Noise from neighbours

This is a genuine AIBU, I'd appreciate advice.

We live in a semi detached cottage. Our neighbours also work for us and live in the cottage as part of their contract, although I don't think that is relevant. This week they have visitors over staying with them. Since they arrived four days ago they stay up late talking in our shared front garden right under our window. It's very hot here (not UK) and impossible to sleep with the window closed but when I open it I can't sleep at all and the DCs keep surfacing because of the noise. Both of our bedrooms face the front so we can't move. It's 11:30 here and still ongoing. Is it mean spirited to say something? On the one hand they are just talking, laughing etc., on the other hand the lay out is such that I can hear everything and it is the fourth night they have stayed up later than I would want to be asleep. So speak up or suck it up till Sunday?

Shall I assume it's a unanimous suck it up then?

It seems reasonable to ask them to keep the noise down.
