Just that really. Should I be snooping and stalking?

PeppaPigTastesLikeBacon · 06/09/2016 18:18

Isn't that the whole point of Facebook Grin

KC225 · 06/09/2016 18:18

One of my favourite pastimes and I have only been on Facebook since moving abroad

babybabyboomed · 06/09/2016 18:19

A look very now and then at random acquaintances fine.
Repeated checking of exes/enemies not so good from your mental health point of view. If you have a need to find info on someone secretly you are giving them way too much head space. Move on.

Danglyweed · 06/09/2016 18:24

Oh absolutely, i love a good stalk.

thebakerwithboobs · 06/09/2016 18:30

Oh I bloody love a good stalk-it's like hitting the jackpot when you find someone you want to stalk AND they have barely any privacy controls on there. Hours of fun!

c3pu · 06/09/2016 18:32

I have a thorough stalk of anyone I may be about to become acquainted with. Helps you make sure they are what they say they are LOL

icelollycraving · 06/09/2016 18:35

It is perfectly normal!
I have a separate account for it too.

takesnoprisoners · 06/09/2016 18:58

Please set up a separate account for snooping. Accidents happen and Likes and friend requests get sent. Wink

babybabyboomed · 06/09/2016 19:02

Oh my god. A separate account? I'd never even thought that you could do this......Archers

I've just started doing it (very late starter), just looking up old friends and acquaintances, it's great fun.

I do worry that people will know I've been snooping, but not enough to put me off doing it.

icelollycraving · 06/09/2016 19:27

They may well get a people you know suggestion which if your number isn't in their phone, generally suggests a bit of stalking.

I love it. Can spend a whole day delving into someone's life that I don't even know ha ha

Often · 06/09/2016 19:43

Seperate account all the way

Secretmetalfan · 06/09/2016 20:06

Ooh I'm going to set up a separate account now

Mari50 · 06/09/2016 20:09

It depends. I think if you are stalking ex's or their new partners that it's best if you don't- block them if you don't trust yourself because you aren't going to read anything that will cheer you up. If it's someone you fancy, an old school mate/enemy or just someone else's friend who looks like they have an interesting life then go ahead.
