Time to start gardening?

What time could I reasonably start gardening today? I've been up since 4:15am.

Not really doing any banging but I have a loud 3yo.

as soon as it's light in my world as long as it's nothing mechanical = noise

Bloody bucketing down here Sad

On a Sunday outside about 8, but no power tools or loud noises til 10am.

I've finished my watering and pottering outside already. But was very quiet.

DeadGood · 04/09/2016 07:20

Is gardening noisy? I'd be out there already! if I wasn't busy lying in bed

CantChoose · 04/09/2016 07:21

I'd say 9. 8 at a push. Though if you really were my neighbour I'm up now so crack on ;)

phillipp · 04/09/2016 07:23

So you are taking your three year old out? Unless you have a quiet 3 year old I would say 9am

PirateFairy45 · 04/09/2016 07:25

Nothing noisy, just digging up a tree.

Though my daughter could be counted as extremely noisy weaponry! Grin

My neighbour already at it Hmm if I can manage not to kill him you should be fine Grin

PirateFairy45 · 04/09/2016 07:29

Digging it up by hand... No power tools :)

Depends on the demographic of your neighbours. I too have a loud 3 year old that likes pottering round the garden with me. Next door have an equally loud 2.5 year old so they wouldn't mind but the other side and ones we back onto are childless and reasonably considerate with their noise levels so I'd probably leave it until 9ish. Sorry you had such an early start, I know it can make mornings seem to go on forever!

Well, I'm back inside.

I broke my shovel. DD thought it was hilarious. HmmBrew
