Reasonably new weather forecast man on ITV Central. Thinks he's a comedian. He irritates the shit out of me.

Oh is he still around, used to annoy me when did the weather on bbc East Midlands until they sacked him few years ago. I shall stay away from central.

Apparently he is an actor and was on Eastenders in the 90's. He was sacked for breaching on-air guidelines.

Googled his sacking:- He trained as a weather presenter and in 2007 he began presenting for BBC's East Midlands Todayy^ television.[2] The BBC terminated his contract in 2011 after Coleman used a live weather report to protest his innocence over firearm charges; he deliberately put the wrong temperature on the weather map and told viewers they should not believe everything said by the media.

He's also been in prison for motoring offences.

I like Des, he does seem bubbly. There are some dull people on Central. I don't think he thinks he's a comedian, he just seems a happy chap.

Used to drive me insane on East Midlands today. It was such a relief when he was sacked.

How do we remove Des Coleman off our tv,s not funny, meteorology knowledge poor or non existent, constantly tries to bull the weather up by going on about sunny weather and high temperatures which are invariably wrong in saffordshire anyway. Thinks he is clever by stating facts that anyone can access on Google. Lets face it he is a failed actor but should return to that and leave the weather to presenters better equipped. Lets start a petition ?

Coleman off tv. Not funny, knows little or nothing about meteorology, thinks he is clever by spouting facts anyone can access on Google. He is obsessed by giving upbeat forecasts on sunny days and high temperatures which are frequently fly wrong, at least in Staffordshire.
