When making soup? It affects the color slightly, but tastes great! MIL looked at me like I'd just committed a massive crime! 😁

God no, I leave it on when roasting them too. It's so soft anyway!

The way I do it, the water they're boiled in then becomes part of the soup- so (hopefully) a lot of the goodness is retained. Do I get an award for the most boring aibu? 😁

It's a no for me I'm afraid. I LOVE potato skin, but sweet potato skin, no thanks :(
