Yes! It's always about DD and sleep. I actually sometimes get a bit excited as I think maybe someone else had the same issues and has solved them... And then I realise it's me

No. But what it does say to me is that whatever you're doing hasn't worked and it's time to try a new strategy. Without knowing the particulars I can't help much sorry. Sorry pretty grim though - being 2 years down the road and no further on - hugs.
