DS has come home from nursery today with orange paint in his ears, eyebrows, nose, up his sleeves, between his fingers - quite clearly has had his entire face and hands orange and still looks decidedly tango-d. He went to nursery in cream short dungarees and a long sleeved tshirt. He has crazy curly hair (thankfully not green). AIBU wonder if the choice of orange paint was for their own amusement?!

Try sending him in white leggings and a blue t-shirt next time, with a white cap - see if he comes back blue! Then you'll know they're definitely doing it for their own amusement. Wink

This happened to my DS last year. He had his face painted like a lion, the yellow and orange didn't wash off properly for a good week. It really didn't help that he has very distinctive ginger hair... I sent the teachers a pic of him labelled 'my little Oompa Loompa'.
