About school reward trip

DD2s school organises a treat trip at Christmas and summer. A full day out ice skating, theme parks etc.

The trip this time costs £30 plus spends.
It is a deprived area.
There are not enough places for everyone who wants to go.
The kids who don't get to go from experience are stuck in a mixed class and do bugger all all day (usually 40 minutes of a dvd before moving to another room so never seeing the end.)

Aibu to think if it is a reward trip for all those who deserve it they should all be able to go?

I.e it is cheap enough for people to afford.
And making sure there is room for everyone who wants to go.

For the record there are a million places locally, trampoline parks, cinema , roller skating from £5 to £9 which would't require coaches and more people could afford to go.
