Every job has high flyer superstars in it. The names that everyone knows and respects, you know what I mean?

Well, one of mine has just emailed me to say "well done", I've never met her and I keep reading the email and pinching myself.

It's ok to get emails tattooed on your body, isn't it?

The line for autographs is over there. A bargain at £255

One of the SVPs of a huge company I deal with at work tweeted me once, I was Grin for days. I saw her at a conference and she was fab and inspiring.

(It was company Twitter and she was complimenting me on a campaign we were running selling their products, but even so).

I posted a message on my fave rock star's FB page the other week asking what time he was on stage that night. HE answered! Not a PA or anything, HIM.
I swooned. And photographed the screen.

I once gave a presentation at a conference and a big name in my field (had a species of the parasite I work on named after her) stopped me in the street the next day and said "love your work Sayrra".

I was so so delighted Grin

Am still fangirling. I sent a gushing email back.

I think we're now pen friends.

Penfriends forever.
