...some people, with gardens with a washing line or rotary dryer, even on a sunny, dry day, with a breeze blowing, only ever hang, say, one towel, or one pair of jeans out, never a full wash load? Why? Or even more bizarrely, hang out washing, leave it out for several days in the sun, till it's bone dry, then don't bring it in, then it starts raining, and the once dry washing gets soaked... I mean, why wouldn't you just fetch it in before? Or is it just my neighbours that do this?
