A study about gender equality at work - illustrated, yet again, by a woman with a baby at the keyboard.

Yanbu. I've been on a rant today about a meme in facebook stating that in the good old days you worked 52 weeks a year "and your wife didn't have t" and it was all alright then . So mysoginistic and blinkered.

limon, that sounds mad!

One of the reasons why I think there's such an issue around flexible working is the perception that many people won't actually work unless supervised in the office...most irritating. And I don't think I've ever seen a pic of a man with a baby at the keyboard although the only person I know who was sacked for this sort of thing was indeed male. (thought he could deal with crying baby during conference call, gah).
