To think front left is the best leg?

Whenever DH puts Ewan on he always goes for front right, which is some stupid little tune. Front left is the best, the one that sounds a bit like a washing machine. I also think DD goes to sleep better with front left. Front right is too stimulating.

Just avoid the "Baby Timmy" sleepytime thing like the plague! It fucking SNORES! at random! Grin

Front left is rainfall isn't it? It's definitely the best. When DD moves into her own room I'm going to miss Ewan - WIBU to buy one for myself?!

DancingPenguin1 · 30/04/2016 06:09

My daughter always chooses the tune, even if I put it on something different she will change it and worked out how to do this from when she was really tiny!

Nah-back right. Or "the rear passenger leg" in our house. My husband works in motor retail Grin

BumWad · 30/04/2016 06:22

Back right all the way here

OneBiscuitAtATime · 30/04/2016 06:23

I'm a fan of front left too.

I have no idea wtf you are discussing. It is early here though, and I did nearly concuss myself yesterday....

Clarify for an old lady, there's a dear.

Which ever the heartbeat whoosh whoosh one was. DS is 3 now, and dropped Ewan in the bath a year ago so we haven't heard its tune for a long time, but I still remember the soothing whoosh. Can anyone recommend a non Ewan sleep teddy? DC2 is on its way and don't want to cause upset with another Ewan!!!

Glowing pink sheep!!

Is 4yo too old for one?! Sadly no more (human) babies on the horizon......

Tanito279 · 30/04/2016 06:47

YABU. Front right works every time.

MarjorySunshineDust · 30/04/2016 07:15

Front right all the way!

MarjorySunshineDust · 30/04/2016 07:17

Wait, maybe back right? The heartbeat one!

jobrum · 30/04/2016 07:20

The front right tune makes me so sad. I teared up everytime I pressed it when dd was a newborn, 15 months later it doesn't get touched still!

Front left definitely best but I have switched to back right sometimes when dd is falling asleep now and a bit of noise outside needs drowing out.

If anyone is looking for a Ewan alternative the Lulla Doll is the way to go. Expensive but it stays on for 8 hours and is very soothing.
