I posted here a while ago about some sexual harassment I had experienced from a fellow colleague
This was in December. I was encouraged here to report him. Others at work encouraged me too. I did and he was suspended mid Dec.
Last time anyone spoke to me about this was late January. He then managed to go off sick while under suspension.
Nothing has happened since mid Jan, he is off sick now until June and at risk of redundancy which no one has done anything about so can prob go for contrustive dismissal and get a £20,000 pay off.
His kids attend the centre I work in, his whole family live in the town I work in I live in constant fear of bumping into him and have nightmares.
He is on full pay and has set up his own business online while off sick. I have sent full details to HR.
