Will this affect my money?

Not really an aibu but posting for traffic.
I recently changed my whole name by deed poll. I changed everything at the bank, work, Drs etc.... I just realised I forgot about my student loan, it's due into my account in a week on the exact day my rent is due, not enough time to send of my deed poll to student finance (who are extreme slow at processing anything, going from past experience). If the account number and sort code haven't changed will my money still go through even though my name has changed?

Probably, as it was set up before your name change.

Even if the account no and sort code are the same?
Student finance are so slow at processing paper work, it's going to take forever to sort out.
Should have just wanted till after my last payment came in.

Have you had experience of this or something similar? I'm praying it goes through ok.
